Warrants Shares definition

Warrants Shares means shares of common stock of the Company issuable upon exercise of the Warrants in accordance with the terms hereof.

Warrants Shares means the Common Shares issuable upon exercise of the Warrants.

Warrants Shares means the shares of Preferred Stock issued or issuable upon the exercise of the Warrants.

• The number of full Warrant Shares that shall be issuable upon the exercise of this Warrant shall be computed on the basis of the aggregate number of Warrants Shares purchasable on exercise of this Warrant so presented.

• As used herein, “Standard Settlement Period” means the standard settlement period, expressed in a number of Trading Days, on the Company’s primary Trading Market with respect to the Common Stock as in effect on the date of delivery of a certificate representing Shares or Warrants Shares, as the case may be, issued with a restrictive legend.
