Washout Period definition

Washout Period means the [***] period immediately following the end of the Research Program Term.

Examples of Washout Period in a sentence

  • During the Research Program Term and the Washout Period, Merck shall have the exclusive right to select Compounds for further development and commercialization.

Related to Washout Period

  • Run-out Period means a period after the close of a Plan Year or other period during which Participants in a flexible spending arrangement (FSA) may request reimbursement for expenses incurred during the Period of Coverage.

  • Peak Period means a period between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm (WST) on any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

  • Opt-Out Period means the period that begins the day after the earliest day on which the Notice is first distributed, and that ends no later than 30 days before the Final Approval Hearing.

  • Knock-out Period means each Calculation Date from the First Day of the Knock-out Period (including) to the Final Valuation Date (including).

  • Lockout Period if applicable, is defined in the Note.
