Waste discharge requirements definition

Waste discharge requirements means waste discharge requirements issued pursuant to article 4, chapter 4, division 7 of the Water Code or chapter 5.5 of division 7 of the Water Code.
Waste discharge requirements or "WDRs" means the terms and conditions for discharges issued by the Regional Board pursuant to California law.
Waste discharge requirements or “WDR” means an operation and discharge permit issued for the discharge of waste pursuant to Section 13260 of the California Water Code.
