Waste tire definition

Waste tire means a tire that is no longer suitable for its original purpose because of wear, damage or defect.
Waste tire means a tire that is no longer suitable for its originally intended purpose due to wear, damage, or defect. “Waste tire” does not include a nonpneumatic tire.
