Other Definitions. The words "herein," "contained herein," and "established below" are words that are similar in meaning, when used in this Agreement, and refer to this Agreement in its entirety. Part 160 and Part 164, Subpart E (the Privacy Rule), the HIPAA Security Standards, 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and Part 164, Subpart C (the Security Rule), and the HIPAA Breach Notification Regulations, 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and Part 164, Subpart D (the Breach Notification Rule), all as amended from time to time.
