Wastewater Main definition

Wastewater Main means any Wastewater pipe, line or portion thereof, owned or to be transferred for ownership by the District.
Wastewater Main means the Wastewater mainline and manholes in which all owners of abutting properties have equal rights, and is controlled by public authority.
Wastewater Main means the pipe, valves and fitting attached thereto, which transport and collect Wastewater from abutting properties;

More Definitions of Wastewater Main

Wastewater Main means those pipes installed for the conveyance of wastewater within the Town to which Service Connections may be connected;
Wastewater Main means a pipeline within the wastewater system serving one or more customers and generally being six (6") inches or larger in diameter and located in the public right of way or easement.
