Wastewater Service Area definition
Wastewater Service Area means, within the City of Greater Sudbury:
Wastewater Service Area means the union of all land serviced by a City wastewater system, that being all land on which development is, as determined by the Chief Building Official, required, planned or expected to connect, or is capable of being connected in future, to a City wastewater system intended to service the development;
Wastewater Service Area means the area for wastewater service described and/or depicted in the Appendices attached hereto.

The Wastewater Service Area is defined in King County Ordinance Nos.
The connection fees for connection to any Wastewater Facilities shall be charged for each ESFC located in the Wastewater Service Area (the “Wastewater Connection Fees”).
Subject to construction of the Wastewater Facilities, the City currently has the ability to provide retail wastewater service to the Wastewater Service Area.
The Wastewater Facilities shall be sized to provide continuous and adequate retail wastewater service to the Wastewater Service Area as it is developed.
This Agreement shall run with the land and shall bind subsequent owners of any property in the Wastewater Service Area and shall be recorded in the Land Records of Collin County, Texas.
