Water Appeal Board definition

Water Appeal Board means the Water Appeal Board established by this Act;
Water Appeal Board means a body set up pursuant to the Water Act (as hereinafter defined) for the purpose of adjudicating appeals and disputes arising under the Water Act or any legal successor thereto.
