Water Resource Acquisition Fee definition

Water Resource Acquisition Fee means a fee adopted by the Board, as may be amended from time to time, for water resources acquisition, roughly equivalent to the market value of water acquisition costs, imposed upon all new water and wastewater Customers on a per tap basis in order to recoup costs to meet expenses related to the acquisition and enhancement of water supplies necessary to satisfy new or additional demand for District water services requiring additional District water supply.
