Water Table Aquifer definition

Water Table Aquifer means an unconfined aquifer in which the water table forms the upper boundary of the aquifer. The water table is typically below the upper boundary of the geologic strata containing the water, the pressure head in the aquifer is zero and elevation head equals the total head.
Water Table Aquifer means a geological formation which carries water at atmospheric pressure at the top of the saturated zone.
Water Table Aquifer means a geological formation which carries water at atmospheric pressure at the top of the unsaturated zone, as defined in N.J.A.C. 7:15.
