Weapons offense definition

Weapons offense means any violation in any jurisdiction of any law which involves the sale, purchase, transfer in any manner, receipt, acquisition, possession, having under control, use, repair, manufacture, carrying, or transportation of any firearm, ammunition, or destructive device.

  • Sex offense means an offense defined as a sex offense in RCW 9.94A.030;

  • Weapons means any instrument, excluding restraining devices, chemical control agents and electronic control devices, with an intended use of self-defense, protection of another, or to gain or maintain compliance from an individual.

  • Violent offense means a violent offense as defined in RCW 9.94A.030;

  • Most serious offense means any of the following felonies
