Web Content definition

Web Content means any data and requests for data processed by Cloud Services including but not restricted to that accessed using the Internet protocols HTTP and FTP.
Web Content means all content solely owned by Seller related to the Products displayed or available on Seller’s world wide web site located at Uniform Resource Locator xxxx://xxx.xxxx-x.xxx, including the content and materials listed on Schedule 1.1(gggg), but not including any Technology or other embodiments of Intellectual Property Rights of any third party incorporated or otherwise included in such content or materials.
Web Content and/or “Website Content” include all textual, visual, and aural content encountered as part of the user experience of the Website, but does not extend to Orphan Pages, as defined above.
