Web Site Content definition

Web Site Content means all text, photos, graphics, audio, video and other information or content, material, without limitation, in all forms and formats (collectively, "Content"), available for access on the Web Site but excluding the Content of any Web sites linked to the Web Site, whether by agreement or otherwise, and any Content supplied by insurance carriers for inclusion on the HealthAxis Web Site.

  • Information from or regarding a third party and obtained by, through, from, or as a result of this Agreement or the Web Site, either directly or indirectly, and any Web Site Content or other information or materials, whether or not from or regarding a third party, which NYSERDA designates as confidential, including any passwords used in connection with the Web Site.

  • Subject to Contractor’s obligations under the provision of this Addendum addressing Termination During Web Site Hosting, Contractor shall remove all copies of the Web Site Content from servers within its control and use reasonable efforts to remove any reference to NYSERDA or the Web Site Content from any site which caches, indexes or links to the Website.

  • DGBI acknowledges and agrees that except as stated in Section 5.5, and only after DGBI's receipt of all sums due to DGBI for the development of the Final Version of the Web Site, the Web Site Content and Documentation, including, but not limited to images, graphic user interface, and any documentation and notes associated with the operation and maintenance of the Web Site are and shall be the property of Client.

  • Title to all intellectual property rights, other than rights to the Source Code, including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, patents and trade secrets in the Web Site Content and Documentation is with, and shall remain with Client.

  • The purchase price payable by Buyer to Seller One Million Three Hundred Eight Thousand US Dollars (USD $1,380,000) (the “Purchase Price”), after a successful transfer of the Domain Names and Web Site(s) to Buyer pursuant to the transition and migration process set forth in Article 6, consists of Eight Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand US Dollars (USD $897,000) for purchase of the Domain Name and goodwill, and Four Hundred Eighty Three Thousand US Dollars (USD $483,000) for purchase of the Web Site Content.

  • DGBI is the owner of all right, title and interest to the tangible forms of the Web Site Content and Documentation and all intellectual property rights protecting them.

  • The Web Site Content embodies trade secrets and other intellectual property rights protected under worldwide copyright and other applicable laws pertaining to intellectual property.

  • Web Site Content means the design, layout, text, images, graphics, sound, video etc.

  • Site content means textual, visual or aural content that is encountered as part of the user experience;

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).

  • Customer Content means any content that is uploaded onto the Services by Customer or otherwise used on or in connection with the Software.
