  • The Weekly Rate shall be determined on the date of Conversion of the bonds to the Weekly Rate Mode and on the last Business Day before each Thursday.

  • If a written notice of Optional Tender shall have been duly given with respect to any bond in Weekly Rate Mode, the Holder of such bond shall deliver such bond to the Office of the Trustee on the Optional Tender Date, together with all necessary endorsements for transfer.
