Weekly Report Date definition

Weekly Report Date has the meaning set forth in Section 6.03.

Weekly Report Date means a day mutually agreed upon by the Company and the Funding Agents.

Weekly Report Date means, if a Weekly Report is required to be delivered pursuant to Section 4.11(a)(ii) hereof, the second Business Day of each week.

• As of each Weekly Report Date, Seller hereby certifies, represents and warrants to Buyer that each such updated Asset Schedule is true, complete and correct in all material respects.

• Following the occurrence of a Weekly Report Trigger Event, on each Weekly Report Date, the Company shall cause the Master Servicer to provide, and the Master Servicer shall provide the Administrative Agent, each Funding Agent, the Collateral Agent and, from and after the appointment of a Back-Up Servicer, the Back-Up Servicer, with a Weekly Report in accordance with Section 4.04 of the Servicing Agreement and substantially in the form of Schedule 15 to this Agreement.

• On the first Weekly Report Date of each calendar month, Seller will furnish to Buyer electronically, in a format mutually acceptable to Buyer and Seller, servicing information, including, without limitation, those fields reasonably requested by Buyer from time to time, on a loan-by-loan basis and in the aggregate, with respect to the Mortgage Loans serviced by Seller for the month (or any portion thereof) prior to the Weekly Report Date.

More Definitions of Weekly Report Date

Weekly Report Date means the third (3rd) Business Day of each calendar week.

Weekly Report Date means, in respect of any Weekly Payment Date, the Business Day immediately preceding such Weekly Payment Date.

Weekly Report Date means each Monday; provided that, if a Monday is not a Business Day, the Weekly Report Date shall be the next succeeding Business Day.

Weekly Report Date means, if a Weekly Report is required to be delivered pursuant to Section 4.11(a)(ii) hereof, the second Business Day of each week. “Weighted Average Term Factor” shall mean, on any day, the greater of (i) 1.0 and (ii) (A) the weighted average payment terms of the Receivables plus 90 (B) divided by 120. “Write-Down and Conversion Powers” shall mean, (a) with respect to any EEA Resolution Authority, the write-down and conversion powers of such EEA Resolution Authority from time to time under the Bail-In Legislation for the applicable EEA Member Country, which write-down and conversion powers are described in the EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule, and (b) with respect to the United Kingdom, any powers of the applicable Resolution Authority under the Bail-In Legislation to cancel, reduce, modify or change the form of a liability of any UK Financial Institution or any contract or instrument under which that liability arises, to convert all or part of that liability into shares, securities or obligations of that person or any other person, to provide that any such contract or instrument is to have effect as if a right had been exercised under it or to suspend any obligation in respect of that liability or any of the powers under that Bail-In Legislation that are related to or ancillary to any of those powers.

Weekly Report Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2(e).

Weekly Report Date means Tuesday of each calendar week, or, if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately succeeding Business Day.

Weekly Report Date as set forth in Exhibit 1 to the Receivables Purchase Agreement is hereby globally changed throughout each Transaction Document such that from and after the Effective Date of this Amendment each use of such term in any such Transaction Document shall be deemed to be a reference to the term "Biweekly Report Date."
