Season Ticket means a season ticket booklet (and all or any component vouchers therein) or any season ticket smartcard (and/or any rights arising out of or in connection with any of the foregoing) for admission to Matches.
Ozone season means the period of time beginning May 1 of a year and ending on September 30 of the same year, inclusive.
Maximum Weekly Starts means the maximum number of times that a generating unit can be started in one week, defined as the 168 hour period starting Monday 0001 hour, under normal operating conditions.
Afternoon shift means any shift finishing after 6.00 p.m. and at or before midnight.
Winter Season means the period commencing on November 1 of any year and ending on the next succeeding March 31.
Hermetically sealed container means a container designed and intended to be secure against the entry of microorganisms and, in the case of low acid canned foods, to maintain the commercial sterility of its content after processing.
Daily SOFR means the rate per annum equal to SOFR determined for any day pursuant to the definition thereof plus the SOFR Adjustment. Any change in Daily SOFR shall be effective from and including the date of such change without further notice. If the rate as so determined would be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement.
School business day means any calendar day except Saturdays, Sundays, and any federal and school holidays upon which the office of the Superintendent is open to the public for business. A school business day concludes or terminates upon the closure of the Superintendent’s office for the calendar day.
Peak Season means the weeks containing the 24th through 36th Wednesdays of the calendar year. Each such week shall begin on a Monday and end on the following Sunday, except for the week containing the 36th Wednesday, which shall end on the following Friday.
semi-trailer means any trailer designed to be coupled to a motor vehicle in such a way that part of it rests on the motor vehicle and that a substantial part of its mass and the mass of its load is borne by the motor vehicle;

Compounded Daily SONIA means, with respect to an Interest Accrual Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with the daily SONIA reference rate as reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent (or such other party responsible for the calculation of the interest rate, as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement) on the relevant Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded if necessary to the fourth decimal place, with 0.00005 per cent being rounded upwards:

On-Peak Hours means Hour Ending (“HE”) 0800 through HE 2300 EPT, Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and PJM holidays.
Travel Time is the time an Interpreter uses to commute to and from an Appointment. Travel time, if more than one (1) hour each way, is added to the total time of the initial Appointment request. See “Payment for Services, Travel Reimbursement” in Exhibit C – Bid Price for additional information.

Week means seven consecutive days.
Universal Digital Loop Carrier (UDLC means the DLC system that has a CO terminal channel bank that is connected to the CO switches on the analog side.
Season means the period of time between an AGM and the subsequent AGM.
TARGET2 Business Day means, a day in which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET2) System or any successor is open.
Summer Season in any year, means the Season commencing on 01 April in that year;
Beverage container means an airtight metal, glass, paper, or plastic container, or a container composed of a combination of these materials, which, at the time of sale, contains 1 gallon or less of a beverage.
Liquid-mounted seal means a primary seal mounted in continuous contact with the liquid between the tank wall and the floating roof around the circumference of the tank.
