Weighted Average Class 2 Advance Rate definition

Weighted Average Class 2 Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Class 2 Loans included in the Aggregate Class 2 Net Collateral Balance, the quotient obtained by dividing (a) the sum of the products obtained by multiplying (i) the Advance Rate of each Class 2 Loan by (ii) such Class 2 Loan’s contribution to the Aggregate Class 2 Net Collateral Balance by (b) the Aggregate Class 2 Net Collateral Balance.
