Weighted Average Occupancy definition

Weighted Average Occupancy means: (a) with respect to an AL, IL, or an ALZ that is single and/or single and dual occupancy, the number of occupied units divided by total units; (b) with respect to an AL, IL, or an ALZ that is dual occupancy only, the number of occupied beds divided by total beds; (c) with respect to a SNF, the number of occupied beds divided by total beds; and (d) for all other product types, the occupied square footage divided by the total square footage. The foregoing occupancy determination will be weighted for each applicable Property based upon such Property’s contribution to the aggregate Adjusted Net Operating Income for the Pool Assets.
