Weighted Average Remaining Term means, for purposes of meeting the 4 MM Condition in Section 2.04(c), the average amount of time remaining before expiration of the Finished Sand Inventory purchase contracts by one or more Approved Offtakers. For example, suppose Vista Sand has two purchase contracts, one for aggregate remaining minimum volume of 5,000,000 tons and the other for aggregate remaining minimum volume of 10,000,000 tons, for total remaining minimum volume of 15,000,000 tons. The Weighted Average Remaining Term is calculated as: (5,000,000 tons / 15,000,000 tons) * 5 years + (10,000,000 tons / 15,000,000 tons) * 10 years = 8 1/3 years.
