Wesco Europe definition
Wesco Europe. Wesco Aircraft Europe Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales.
Australian Subsidiary means any Subsidiary that is organized under the laws of Australia or any territory thereof.

Asia means Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Mainland China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, North Korea, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam.

Subco has the meaning set out in the Preamble;

UK Subsidiary means a Subsidiary organized under the laws of England and Wales.
North America means the United States, Canada and Mexico.
PLC means Programmable Logic Controller;
Philippines means the Republic of the Philippines and when used in a geographical sense means the national territory comprising the Republic of the Philippines;
UAE means the United Arab Emirates.
Topco has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.

Onshore means all facilities except those that are located in the territorial seas or on the outer continental shelf.
Steel Products means products rolled, formed, shaped, drawn, extruded, forged, cast, fabricated or otherwise similarly processed, or processed by a combination of two or more or such operations, from steel made by the open heath, basic oxygen, electric furnace, Bessemer or other steel making process.
