The University of California (“University”), as the lead agency pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”), has prepared a Draft and Final Environmental Impact Report (“Final EIR”) for the proposed University of California, Davis (“UC Davis”) 2018 Long Range Development Plan (“2018 LRDP” or “Project”) and the Orchard Park Redevelopment (“OPR”) and West Village Extension (“WVE”) components of the 2018 LRDP.
