Western Reserve Land Conservancy definition

Western Reserve Land Conservancy has entered into an agreement (the “Contract”) with (“Seller”) for the purchase of fee simple title, or acquisition of such other interest approved by OPWC, of property of Seller located at (the “Property”). A copy of the Contract is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Western Reserve Land Conservancy has applied for grant funds for a project eligible for funding pursuant to Sections 164.20 through 164.27 of the Ohio Revised Code (the “Grant”).
