Wet Advance Sublimit definition

Wet Advance Sublimit means an amount equal to (i) forty percent (40%) of the Total Line Commitment, during the last five (5) days of each month and the first five (5) days of each month and (ii) thirty percent (30%) of the Total Line Commitment at all other times.
Wet Advance Sublimit means, as applicable, either (i) during the first five (5) calendar days and the last five (5) calendar days of each calendar month, an amount equal to forty-five percent (45%) of the Total Warehouse Line Commitment, and (ii) during all other periods of time in any calendar month, an amount equal to thirty percent (30%) of the Total Warehouse Line Commitment.
Wet Advance Sublimit means an amount equal to 20% of the Maximum Loan Amount.

  • Each Bank severally agrees to lend to the Company, and the Company agrees to borrow from each Bank, on the terms and conditions of this Credit Agreement, an aggregate amount not exceeding such Bank’s respective Warehouse Line Commitment, and the aggregate amount of all such Warehouse Line Commitments shall equal the Total Warehouse Line Commitment; provided, however the Total Warehouse Line Commitment includes a Wet Advance Sublimit.

  • Swingline Committed Amount means the amount of the Swingline Lender’s Swingline Commitment as specified in Section 2.4(a).

  • Issuing Bank Sublimit means, as of the Effective Date, (i) $2,500,000, in the case of Chase and (ii) in the case of any other Issuing Bank, such amount as shall be designated to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in writing by such Issuing Bank; provided that any Issuing Bank shall be permitted at any time to increase or reduce its Issuing Bank Sublimit upon providing five (5) days’ prior written notice thereof to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.

  • Borrowing Limit has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(a)(i).

  • Available Facility Amount shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(1).

  • Maximum Facility Amount means the aggregate Commitments as then in effect, which amount shall not exceed $200,000,000; provided that at all times after the Reinvestment Period, the Maximum Facility Amount shall mean the aggregate Advances Outstanding at such time.

  • Aggregate Revolver Outstandings means, at any date of determination: the sum of (a) the unpaid balance of Revolving Loans, (b) the aggregate amount of Pending Revolving Loans, (c) one hundred percent (100%) of the aggregate undrawn face amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit, and (d) the aggregate amount of any unpaid reimbursement obligations in respect of Letters of Credit.

  • Facility Amount means (a) prior to the end of the Revolving Period, $250,000,000, unless this amount is permanently reduced pursuant to Section 2.5 or increased pursuant to Section 2.8, in which event it means such lower or higher amount and (b) from and after the end of the Revolving Period, the Advances outstanding.

  • Total Revolving Credit Outstandings means the aggregate Outstanding Amount of all Revolving Credit Loans, Swing Line Loans and L/C Obligations.

  • Inventory Sublimit means the amount(s) set forth in Section 1(d) of Schedule A.

  • Revolving Committed Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Swing Line Outstandings means, as of any date of determination, the aggregate principal amount of all Swing Line Loans then outstanding.

  • Aggregate Revolving Credit Outstandings shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.2(b).

  • Aggregate Borrowing Base means the aggregate amount of the U.S. Borrowing Base and the Canadian Borrowing Base; provided that the maximum amount of the Canadian Borrowing Base which may be included in the Aggregate Borrowing Base is the Canadian Sublimit.

  • Refunded Swing Line Loans has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 2.1A(iii).

  • Committed Amount shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Pricing Side Letter.

  • Revolving Credit Availability means, at any particular time, the amount by which (x) the Aggregate Revolving Loan Commitment at such time exceeds (y) the Dollar Amount of the Revolving Credit Obligations outstanding at such time.
