When Available definition

When Available means any interruptible Service that is available based on Union’s sole discretion after Firm and Interruptible Services have been exhausted and is priced at the interruptible rate in the applicable Rate Schedule.
When Available means that the Board cannot consider a person for parole because of outstanding criminal charges or a new conviction that must be disposed of before the current sentence (and parole status) can be finalized. The inmate is determined to “be available” when the PA Board of Probation and Parole receives an official version of the disposition of charges (records from the court)
When Available means that the MPDR does not require software vendors to modify their systems to include a specific data element; however, it should be sent if the field exists in their software.

Examples of When Available in a sentence

  • Sequences of operations Owner (When Available) Contractor reviews documentation of sequence before first site visit and verifies that sequence is as described during site visit.

  • Building mechanical and electrical plans BGS (When Available) BGS provides access to most recent documents for contractor.

  • Grievance and Appeal System Terminations When Available Resources are exhausted, any Appeals or Administrative Hearings related to a request for authorization of a non-Crisis Contracted Service will be terminated since non-Crisis Services cannot be authorized without funding regardless of medical necessity.

  • Benefit 2.1.1. When Available 2.1.2. Amount 2.1.3. Form of Pension 2.1.4. Installment Amounts 2.1.5. Default 2.1.6. Time 2.2.

  • Maximum Availability has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1.

  • Undrawn Availability at a particular date shall mean an amount equal to (a) the lesser of (i) the Formula Amount or (ii) the Maximum Revolving Advance Amount, minus (b) the sum of (i) the outstanding amount of Advances plus (ii) all amounts due and owing to Borrower's trade creditors which are outstanding beyond normal trade terms, plus (iii) fees and expenses for which Borrower is liable but which have not been paid or charged to Borrower's Account.

  • Readily available means available under a standard of economic feasibility, as applied to the specific circumstances of the applicant, that includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Required Availability means Excess Availability and unrestricted cash and Cash Equivalents in an amount of not less than $5,000,000.
