Whenever the definition

Whenever the administration has a legitimate reason to believe that an abuse of a paid or unpaid leave has occurred, the administration may require the unit member or unit members involved to provide a medical certification, personal affidavit or such other document(s) as the administration deems appropriate under the circumstances, as verification of the legitimacy of the leave request. Any documentation shall be on forms prescribed or approved by the District.
Whenever the sense of this Warrant requires, words in the singular shall be deemed to include the plural and words in the plural shall be deemed to include the singular. If more than one company is named herein, the liability of each shall be joint and several. Paragraph headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the meaning of this document. Whenever the words "include," "includes" or "including" are used in this Agreement, they shall be understood to be followed by the words "without limitation." The inclusion of any matter in the Disclosure Schedule in connection with any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement that is qualified as to materiality or "Material Adverse Effect" shall not be an admission by the party delivering such Disclosure Schedule that such matter is material or would reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
Whenever the singular is used herein, the same shall include the plural, and whenever the plural is used herein, the same shall include the singular, where appropriate. Whenever the word "Dollars" or the "$" sign appear in this Agreement, they shall be construed to mean United States Dollars, and all transactions under this Agreement shall be in United States Dollars. This Agreement has been fully negotiated by the Parties hereto and shall not be construed by any Governmental Entity against either Party by virtue of the fact that such Party was the drafting Party.

Whenever the words "as of the date hereof" are used in this Agreement, they shall mean June 11, 2001, unless the context clearly otherwise requires.
Whenever the words "Lessor" and "Lessee" are used this indenture, they shall include Lessor and Lessee and shall apply to persons, both men and women, companies, co-partnerships and corporations, and in reading said indenture, the necessary grammatical changes required to make the provisions hereof mean and apply as aforesaid shall be made in the same manner as if written into said indenture.
Whenever the words "TO THE KNOWLEDGE OF ACTIVATE" or "KNOWN TO ACTIVATE" or similar phrases are used in this Agreement, they mean the actual knowledge of the executive officers of Activate.
