White Pages Directory definition

White Pages Directory means the Hull White Pages telephone directory published by KCOM for the Hull Area, or any successor directory published by KCOM;
White Pages Directory means any Print Directory produced, published or distributed by Publisher that contains only Subscriber Listing Information, Information Pages, Telco-Sold White Pages Products, Directory Advertising (excluding clause (ii) of the definition thereof), information required by the Legal and Regulatory Requirements and other information pertaining to Subscribers within the Geographic Coverage Area, including, but not limited to, mobile telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, website addresses and the like. The White Pages Directory may be bound or produced together, in each case as an integrated unit, with a Yellow Pages Directory.
White Pages Directory means the published alphabetical listing (usually printed on white paper) of LEC customers, that each LEC is required by law to publish annually, together with customer guide pages, covers, and related materials.

White Pages Directory means the residential directory as featured on the Switchboard Site, which allows users to search for information including names, addresses, and telephone numbers of individuals.

  • Directory means a directory of certified minority business enterprises and women business enterprises maintained and published by a Certifying Entity. The Directory identifies firms that have been certified as MBEs and WBEs, and includes both the date of the firm’s last certification and the Area of Specialty in which the firm is certified. Contractors are responsible for verifying the current certification status of all proposed MBE and WBE firms.

  • Directory Assistance Lists shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.6.1.1.

  • Tier 1 Wire Centers means those CenturyLink Wire Centers that contain at least four (4) Fiber- based Collocators, at least thirty-eight thousand (38,000) Business Lines, or both.   • Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point.   • Central Office Switch (CO means the switching entity within the public switched Telecommunications network, including but not limited to:

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.

"Directory Listings" or "Listings" are any information identifying the listed names of subscribers of a Telecommunications Carrier or Provider, as applicable, and such subscribers' telephone numbers, addresses, or primary advertising classifications (as such classifications are assigned at the time of the establishment of such service), or any combination of such listed names, numbers, addresses or classifications: (1) that the Telecommunications Carrier and/or Provider provides or uses for the purpose of publishing the Listings in any directory format; or (2) that the Telecommunications Carrier and/or Provider provides or uses in Directory Assistance Service, Directory Assistance List Service, or for other lawful purposes.

  • Serving Wire Center (SWC) means a Wire Center that serves the area in which the other Party’s or a third party’s Wire Center, aggregation point, point of termination, or point of presence is located.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Servers means the servers established, installed and operated by Licensee within the Territory only for the service of Game to End Users in the Territory.
