Whitehall Class B Interest means the membership Interests in the Company that entitle the holder thereof to distributions pursuant to Sections 8.1(b)(i), 8.1(b)(vi), 8.1(c)(ii) and 8.1(c)(vii) in respect of the Whitehall Class B Investment.
Class B Interest Each of the Class B-1 and Class B-2 Interests.
Class B Interests As set forth in the Trust Agreement.
Class C Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class C Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC 3 for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class B Membership Interest means a Class B Membership Interest in Holdings.
L/C Interest shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.6 hereof.
Class A Membership Interest means a Class A Membership Interest in Holdings.
Class R-IV Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC IV.
Class A Interest Each of the Class A-1 and Class A-2 Interests.
Class C Percentage Interest As of any date of determination, with respect to the Class C Certificates, a percentage interest equal to a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class Principal Balance of the Class C Certificates on such date, and the denominator of which is the Class Principal Balance of the Class C Regular Interest on such date.
Current Class B Interest Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount distributed in respect of the Classes of Class B Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs fifth, eighth, eleventh, fourteenth, seventeenth and twentieth of Section 4.01(a) on such Distribution Date.
Class R-I Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC I.
Class B Investor Interest means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Class B Initial Investor Interest, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to Class B Certificateholders prior to such date, minus (c) the aggregate amount of Class B Investor Charge-Offs for all prior Transfer Dates pursuant to subsection 4.10(b), minus (d) the amount of the Reallocated Class B Principal Collections allocated pursuant to subsection 4.12(a) on all prior Transfer Dates for which the Collateral Interest Amount has not been reduced, minus (e) an amount equal to the amount by which the Class B Investor Interest has been reduced on all prior Transfer Dates pursuant to subsection 4.10(a) and plus (f) the aggregate amount of Excess Spread allocated and available on all prior Transfer Dates pursuant to subsection 4.11(d) for the purpose of reimbursing amounts deducted pursuant to the foregoing clauses (c), (d) and (e); provided, however, that the Class B Investor Interest may not be reduced below zero.
Class P Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class P Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class R-II Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC II.
Class R-4 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 4.
Class R-3 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 3.
Class R-1 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 1.
Class UT-R Interest The residual interest in the Upper-Tier REMIC as described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.
Original Class B-1 Fractional Interest As to the first Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the sum of the Original Class B-2 Principal Balance, the Original Class B-3 Principal Balance, the Original Class B-4 Principal Balance, Original Class B-5 Principal Balance and the Original Class B-6 Principal Balance by the sum of the Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance and the Original Class B Principal Balance. The Original Class B-1 Fractional Interest is specified in Section 11.16.
Original Class B-3 Fractional Interest As to the first Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the sum of the Original Class B-4 Principal Balance, the Original Class B-5 Principal Balance and the Original Class B-6 Principal Balance by the sum of the Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance and the Original Class B Principal Balance. The Original Class B-3 Fractional Interest is specified in Section 11.18.
Original Class B-2 Fractional Interest As to the first Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the sum of the Original Class B-3 Principal Balance, the Original Class B-4 Principal Balance, Original Class B-5 Principal Balance and the Original Class B-6 Principal Balance by the sum of the Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance and the Original Class B Principal Balance. The Original Class B-2 Fractional Interest is specified in Section 11.17.
Original Class B-5 Fractional Interest As to the first Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the Original Class B-6 Principal Balance by the sum of the Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance and the Original Class B Principal Balance. The Original Class B-5 Fractional Interest is specified in Section 11.20.
Class R-III Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC III.

Original Class B-4 Fractional Interest As to the first Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the sum of the Original Class B-5 Principal Balance and the Original Class B-6 Principal Balance by the sum of the Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance and the Original Class B Principal Balance. The Original Class B-4 Fractional Interest is specified in Section 11.19.
Class B Interest Distributable Amount means the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period (calculated on the basis of a 360 day year consisting of twelve 30 day months) on the Class B Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to payments of principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date) at the Class B Rate or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Class B Initial Principal Balance.
