Wholesale Traffic definition

Wholesale Traffic means the IDDD Outbound Services traffic originating from Xxxx Canada's Wholesale Customers connected directly to a Teleglobe switch under a contract between Xxxx Canada and such Wholesale Customers, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing. *** Portions hereof have been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to a request for confidential treatment in accordance with Rule 406 of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

Wholesale Traffic is traffic that begins or ends on the network of a wholesale telecommunications service provider that is not a party to the agreement.
