WHS Policy definition

WHS Policy means any Work Health and Safety Policy or Procedure/s adopted by Council and includes any Manual or other document forming part of, or associated with any such Policy.

Related to WHS Policy

  • R&W Policy means the buyer-side representation and warranty insurance policy as may be issued to Purchaser in connection with this Agreement.

  • RWI Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.16.
