WHS Regulations means the Regulations associated with the WHS Act.

WHS Regulations means the regulations made under the WHS Act. ‘WMS Assessment Services’ means the services described in Section 6C. ‘Work Order’ means a work order as described in clause 4.
WHS Regulations means the regulations made under the WHS Act. ‘Work Based Personal Assistance’ means, in accordance with any Guidelines, additional regular personal support in Employment, Unsubsidised Self-Employment, Apprenticeships and Traineeships:required by a Disability Employment Services – Employment Support Service Participant due to their physical or neurological disability or medical condition;purchased, or provided directly, by a Provider; andprovided in the workplace.‘Work Based Personal Assistance Fee’ means the Fee payable in accordance with clause 683 [Work Based Personal Assistance Fees for Disability Employment Services – Employment Support Service Providers] and Table 8 in Annexure B2. ‘Work Based Personal Assistance Only’ means the Work Based Personal Assistance which a Work Based Personal Assistance Only Participant may receive after any period of Ongoing Support, in accordance with any Guidelines. ‘Work Based Personal Assistance Only Participant’ means a Disability Employment Services – Employment Support Service Participant who:meets the eligibility requirements for Work Based Personal Assistance Only in accordance with any Guidelines; andis therefore entitled to receive Work Based Personal Assistance Only and no other Programme Services. ‘Workplace Modifications’ or ‘WMS’ means the Australian Government assistance for modifying a workplace or purchasing special services or equipment for eligible employees with disability.‘Work Trial’ means a short period of paid employment on a trial or probation basis.‘Youth Allowance’ has the meaning given to the term ‘youth allowance’ by the Social Security Act 1991 (Cth). ‘Youth Allowance (Student)’ has the meaning given to the term ‘youth allowance’ by the Social Security Act 1991 (Cth), as it applies to students who are undertaking full-time study within the meaning of that Act.ANNEXURE B DISABILITY EMPLOYMENT SERVICES – Fees ANNEXURE B1 DISABILITY EMPLOYMENT SERVICES – DISABILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICE FEESNotwithstanding clause 4.1(e), all Notes in this Annexure B1 are legally binding on both Parties. WHS Regulations means the applicable Occupational Health and Safety laws and regulation or Work Health and Safety laws and regulations in New Zealand.17.4.2The Supplier:(a) is responsible for the Supplier’s Construction Work at all times until the Supplier’s Construction Work is completed;(b) warrants that it and its employees are fully trained and qualified to perform the Services; and(c) must ensure that the Supplier’s Construction Work is carried out inaccordance with the requirements of the WHS Regulations.17.4.3For the purposes of this clause 17.4 and subject to the Supplier’s express obligations under this agreement, Vocus authorises the Supplier to undertake such steps as are necessary to discharge the Supplier’s responsibilities under the WHS Regulations.17.4.4The Supplier’s appointment and authority as Principal Contractor for the Supplier’s Construction Work under this clause 17.4 will commence on the commencement of the Supplier’s Construction Work and will end on the completion of the Supplier’s Construction Work or such later time as applies under the WHS Regulations.17.4.5This clause 17.4 overrides any other provision of these Conditions to the extent of any inconsistency.
