Williston Basin definition

Williston Basin is defined in Section 7.05.
Williston Basin means the geographical area that is generally regarded as the “Williston Basin” underlying parts of Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota.
Williston Basin means the large sedimentary basin in eastern Montana, western North Dakota, South Dakota and southern Saskatchewan known for its rich deposits of oil and potash.
