Related to Wilpinjong Term Loans

New Term Loans as defined in Section 2.24.
Existing Term Loans has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).
New Term Loan shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(c).
Extended Term Loans has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(a).
Other Term Loans means one or more Classes of Term Loans that result from a Refinancing Amendment.
Replacement Term Loans has the meaning specified in Section 10.01.
Long-term lease means a lease term of at least 27.5 years for a residential resource or at least 31.5 years for a nonresidential resource.
Initial Term Loans means the term loans made by the Lenders on the Closing Date to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(a).
Tranche B Term Loans means the Loans made by Lenders to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(ii).
Refinancing Term Loans means one or more Classes of Term Loans hereunder that result from a Refinancing Amendment.
Replaced Term Loans has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.02(c).
Original Term Loans means the "Term Loans" under, and as defined in, the Original Credit Agreement.
Refinanced Term Loans shall have the meaning provided in Section 13.1.
Closing Date Term Loans means the Term Loans made by the Term Lenders on the Closing Date to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(1).
Tranche A Term Loans means Loans made by the Tranche A Term Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(a).
Existing Term Loan Facility has the meaning specified in Section 2.17(a).
New Term Loan Facility means the facility providing for the Borrowing of New Term Loans.
Long-term contract means a contract with a duration period exceeding one year;
Additional Term Loans means any term loan added pursuant to Section 2.22, 2.23 or 9.02(c).
Existing Term Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).
Delayed Draw Term Loans has the meaning as set forth in Section 2.5(a).
Long-term care means those activities taken by a host state after a compact facility is permanently closed to ensure the protection of air, land, and water resources and the health and safety of all people who may be affected by the compact facility.
Refinancing Term Loan Commitments has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.26(a).
Specified Refinancing Term Loans means Specified Refinancing Debt constituting term loans.
Extended Term Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(e).
Second Lien Term Loans means the “Term Loans” (or any comparable term) as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.
