Wind Turbine Supply Contract definition

Wind Turbine Supply Contract means that certain contract executed by and between Owner and Turbine Vendor and attached hereto as Exhibit 14.
Wind Turbine Supply Contract means the contract or agreement to be entered into between Seller and the Wind Turbine manufacturer providing for the sale and purchase of the Wind Turbines.

  • EPC Contract means the Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with the EPC Contractor.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.
