Winnebago of Indiana Utilization definition

Winnebago of Indiana Utilization means, at any time, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate Winnebago of Indiana Revolving Exposures of all Lenders over (b) the Borrowing Base of Winnebago of Indiana.
