WORD USAGE. Unless the context clearly requires otherwise: Plural and singular numbers will each be considered to include the other; the masculine, feminine, and neuter genders will each be considered to include the others; "Shall," "will," "must," "agree," and "covenants" are each mandatory; "May" is permissive; "Or" is not exclusive; and "Includes" and "including" are not limiting.

  • Facility Usage means, at the time in question, the aggregate amount of outstanding Loans and LC Obligations at such time.

  • Percent Local Usage (“PLU”) is a calculation which represents the ratio of the local minutes to the sum of local and intraLATA toll minutes between exchange carriers sent over Local Interconnection Trunks.
