Work Approval. All drawings, subcontractors and materials must be approved by Landlord prior to the start of construction. Subcontractors or materials unacceptable to the Landlord shall not be used. Change orders will be submitted to Landlord for approval as needed and Landlord will have a period of five (5) business days to approve or respond to change order request, such approval will not be unreasonably withheld. If Landlord does not respond in such five (5) business day period, and such failure continues for an additional two (2) business days after ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s second written request therefore, it will be deemed to have approved the request.
