Work Statement(s) definition

Work Statement(s) means the Work Statement set out in Part 1 of the Schedule, as revised by the parties from time to time, containing (i) a description of the Deliverables (including Specifications) to be delivered, and any services to be performed, including the hosting of Software (if applicable), by IHF for the Client, (ii) a Budget and (iii) a Work Programme. The Work Statement may also include provisions for written and/or oral progress reports by IHF, detailed functional and technical specifications and standards for all services and Deliverables, including quality standards, documentation standards, lists of any special equipment to be procured by IHF or provided by the Client for use in performance of the work, test plans and scripts, and such other terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed by the parties;
Work Statement(s) has the meaning set forth in the Master Agreements and the Amended Work Statements.

Examples of Work Statement(s) in a sentence

  • If either party desires to terminate this Agreement and all Work Statements, it shall so state in its notice of termination.

  • Termination of any Work Statement(s) shall not result in termination of this Agreement or any other Work Statement(s), which shall remain in force until terminated as provided above.

  • All work performed under contracts or task orders will be at the highest quality applicable and delivered according to Statement of Objectives (SOO), Statement of Works (SOW), or Performance Work Statements (PWS).

  • If termination of multiple Work Statements is elected pursuant to Section 7.2, the opportunity to cure shall be available for each Work Statement and termination shall only apply to those Work Statements with respect to which the default is not cured.

  • If termination was based upon a breach by PEKO, ViewRay shall have the right but not the obligation to purchase and pay for work in process, raw material and purchased material produced or procured for the affected Work Statement(s).

  • In addition, unless termination was based upon a breach by PEKO, ViewRay shall pay PEKO for (and take delivery of) all work in process, raw material, and purchased material produced or procured for the affected Work Statement(s).

  • The exhibits referred to herein and attached hereto, or to be attached hereto, including all Work Statements issued hereunder from time to time, are incorporated herein to the same extent as if set forth in full herein.

  • From time to time during the Term, the parties may enter into additional Work Statements for the performance of Services.

  • If termination of multiple Work Statements is elected pursuant to this Section 7.2(b), the opportunity to cure shall be available for each Work Statement and termination shall only apply to those Work Statements with respect to which the default is not cured.

  • The Buy-Back Program agrees to advance or reimburse, pursuant to 2 C.F.R. § 200.305, funds to the Participating Tribe for costs in accordance with the Scope of Work, Statement(s) of Work, and the SF-424A Budget Information for Non-Construction Programs form submitted as part of the Participating Tribe’s application for funding.

Related to Work Statement(s)

  • Detailed Specifications means the specifications for materials and works as specified in PWD BSR/ issued under the authority of PWD/ or as implied/added to or superseded by the special conditions.

  • Deliverables means the goods, services, and work product, including all reports and project documentation, required to be provided by Grantee to the System Agency.

  • System improvements means capital improvements to public facilities which are designed to provide service to a service area.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Timelines means the dates set out in Appendix 2 hereto as may be amended by agreement between the Parties and Timeline shall mean any one of such dates.
