Global Operating Model means the global network that conducts State Street’s business in multiple locations across North America, Europe and Asia with significant operational hubs in China, India and Poland, using automated processes and established globally consistent procedures, controls and training.
Reliability pricing model or "RPM" means PJM's capacity-
Reliability Pricing Model Auction or “RPM Auction” shall mean the Base Residual Auction or any Incremental Auction, or, for the 2016/2017 and 2017/2018 Delivery Years, any Capacity Performance Transition Incremental Auction.
Working voltage means the highest value of an electrical circuit voltage root-mean-square (rms), specified by the manufacturer, which may occur between any conductive parts in open circuit conditions or under normal operating conditions. If the electrical circuit is divided by galvanic isolation, the working voltage is defined for each divided circuit, respectively.
Working level (WL) means any combination of short-lived radon daughters in 1 liter of air that will result in the ultimate emission of 1.3E+5 MeV of potential alpha particle energy. Billing Month is defined in Section 9.1(b).
Anaerobic digester means a liquid manure storage area that is constructed with the intent to capture and combust gas emissions resulting from the digestion of waste by microbes in anaerobic conditions. An anaerobic digester is a LMSA and is required to comply with all requirements applicable to LMSAs. Requirements specific to anaerobic digesters will be noted when applicable.
Anaerobic digestion ’ means a controlled process involving microbial decomposition of organic matter in the absence of oxygen ;
Nonattainment area means an area so designated by the administrator, acting pursuant to Section 107 of the Act.
Cathode ray tube or “CRT” means a vacuum tube, composed primarily of glass, which is the visual or video display component of an electronic device. A “used, intact CRT” means a CRT whose vacuum has not been released. A “used, broken CRT” means glass removed from its housing or casing whose vacuum has been released.
