Works Superintendent means the person appointed from time to time by Council as the Works Superintendent of Works for the Town of Creston;
Works Superintendent means the person appointed as the Works Superintendent by the Council of the City of Grand Forks;
Works Superintendent means that person so appointed by the Council.
