World Athletics Series Event definition

World Athletics Series Event or “WAS Event” means the World Athletics Championships, the World Athletics Indoor Championships, the World Athletics Relays, the World Athletics U20 Championships, the World Athletics Road Running Championships, the World Athletics Race Walking Team Championships and World Athletics Cross Country Championships.

  • CF Shadow Series means a series of Capital Stock that is identical in all respects to the shares of Capital Stock (whether Preferred Stock or another class issued by the Company) issued in the relevant Equity Financing (e.g., if the Company sells Series A Preferred Stock in an Equity Financing, the Shadow Series would be Series A-CF Preferred Stock), except that:

  • Series C or "Series C Equipment Notes" means Equipment Notes issued and designated as "Series C" hereunder, in the Principal Amount and maturities and bearing interest as specified in Section 2.02 and Schedule I hereto under the heading "Series C."

  • Liquidation Date means (a) in the case of an event giving rise to the dissolution of the Partnership of the type described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first sentence of Section 12.2, the date on which the applicable time period during which the holders of Outstanding Units have the right to elect to continue the business of the Partnership has expired without such an election being made, and (b) in the case of any other event giving rise to the dissolution of the Partnership, the date on which such event occurs.

  • Company Series C Preferred Stock means the Series C Preferred Stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company.

  • Majority in Liquidation Amount of the Preferred Securities means a vote by the Holder(s), voting separately as a class, of more than fifty percent (50%) of the aggregate Liquidation Amount of all then outstanding Preferred Securities issued by the Issuer.

  • Series B or “Series B Equipment Notes” means Equipment Notes issued and designated as “Series B Equipment Notes” under the Indenture, in the original principal amount and maturities as specified in Schedule I to the Indenture under the heading “Series B Equipment Notes” and bearing interest at the Debt Rate for Series B Equipment Notes specified in Schedule I to the Indenture.

  • Emergency Event means any situation arising from sudden and reasonably unforeseen natural disaster such as earthquake, flood, fire, or other acts of God, or other unforeseen events beyond the control of the portable engine or equipment unit operator, its officers, employees, and contractors that threatens public health and safety and that requires the immediate temporary operation of portable engines or equipment units to help alleviate the threat to public health and safety.
