From the Write Down Event Effective Date and until the Write Down Event ceases to continue, Sberbank shall not make any payments of interest or Outstanding Principal Amount of the Loan, and no interest shall accrue on such unpaid amounts.

First Amendment Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the First Amendment.
License Effective Date means, with respect to each Component System of the Licensed System that Company is given the right to access and use, the date as of which the Company is first given such right to access and use.
Extended Termination Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(c).
Order Form Effective Date means the date on which an Order Form comes into effect as indicated in that Order Form.
Initial Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(b)(i).
Additional Termination Event has the meaning specified in Section 5(b).
Fifth Amendment Effective Date shall have the meaning provided in the Fifth Amendment.
Delivery Period Termination Date Has the meaning specified in the Related Pass Through Trust Supplement.
Third Amendment Effective Date shall have the meaning provided in the Third Amendment.
Early Termination Effective Date is defined in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.
Sixth Amendment Effective Date shall have the meaning provided in the Sixth Amendment.
Tenth Amendment Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the Tenth Amendment.
