Examples of Wrongful Detention in a sentence
Wrongful Detention means the arbitrary or capricious involuntary confinement of an Insured Person (without demanding Ransom Monies) by person(s) acting as agents(s) of or with the tacit approval of any government or government entity, or acting or purporting to act on behalf of any insurgent party, organisation or group.
The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language and the venue of the arbitration shall be in Gandhinagar.
It also means Wrongful Entry, Wrongful Eviction, Wrongful Detention, Malicious Prosecution, Humiliation, Misappropriation of Advertising Ideas, Invasion of Rights of Privacy, Libel, Slander or Defamation of Character, Piracy and any Infringement of Copyright or of Property, Erroneous Service of Civil Papers, Assault and Disparagement of Property.
With regard to each Kidnapping, Hijacking, Wrongful Detention, Extortion, Cyber Extortion and Political Threat in respect of which the Company is (or but for this provision would be) liable to reimburse for Expenses under this Section 7 and all related Kidnappings, Hijackings, Wrongful Detentions, Extortions, Cyber Extortions and Political Threats, the Company shall only be liable to reimburse that amount of Expenses which is in excess of the Deductible stated in Item 9.3 of the Declarations.
The Insured Person (K&R) will file a detailed, sworn statement of loss with the Company as soon as possible after the date of the Kidnap and Wrongful Detention Insured Event.
