Threshold means with respect to Party B: infinity.
Minimum Threshold means the average daily yield on the 10 Year Treasury Note (as reported in the Bloomberg GT10 index) over the Award Period.
Bid threshold means the dollar amount set in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-3, above which a Board shall advertise for and receive sealed bids in accordance with procedures set forth in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq.
VWAP Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to any particular VWAP Purchase Notice, the Sale Price on the VWAP Purchase Date equal to the greater of (i) 80% of the Closing Sale Price on the Business Day immediately preceding the VWAP Purchase Date or (ii) such higher price as set forth by the Company in the VWAP Purchase Notice.
Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.
Threshold Percentage means 15%.
Trigger Level means with respect to an Index, the level specified as such in Annex 1 with respect to such Index
RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:
Strike Level means the Strike Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Threshold Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(d).
Minimum Takedown Threshold shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.4.
Final Level means, in respect of the Index, the Closing Level on the Final Valuation Date, provided that, if the Final Valuation Date is not an Exchange Business Day, then the Final Level will be determined on the immediately preceding
Threshold Rating means the short-term unsecured debt rating of P-1 by Moody's and A-1 by Standard & Poor's.
Stated Threshold means total losses under the shared loss agreements in the amount of $41,000,000.00.
Alteration Threshold means an amount equal to 5% of the outstanding principal amount of the Loan.
Required Capital Level means an amount of capital equal to 0.5% of the initial principal amount of the Securitization Bonds.
Base Level means the following amounts plus the percentage
Ownership Threshold means, with respect to any Person, Beneficial Ownership of the greater of (A) 15% of the Common Shares at any time outstanding or (B) the percentage of the outstanding Common Shares Beneficially Owned by such Person on the date of this Rights Agreement, plus in the case of this clause (B) 1% of the Common Shares outstanding on such date.
Threshold Price is the lowest price (except to the extent otherwise provided in Section 2.6) at which the Company may sell Shares during the applicable Pricing Period as set forth in a Fixed Request Notice (not taking into account the applicable percentage discount during such Pricing Period determined in accordance with Section 2.2); provided, however, that at no time shall the Threshold Price be lower than $3.00 per share unless the Company and the Investor mutually shall agree.
Initial Level means, in respect of an Index, the level specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms.
Floor Level means that stage of construction which in the completed building would constitute the walking surface of the particular floor level referred to in the table of payments.
M3 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 85.50% and (ii) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Balance.
Elevated blood lead level means a level of lead in blood that is any of the following:
Minimum Weighted Average Coupon Test means a test that will be satisfied on any Measurement Date if the Weighted Average Coupon equals or exceeds 7.0%.
Closing Level : means the official daily Closing Level of the Index as published by the Index Sponsor in relation to each Scheduled Trading Day during the Investment Term.
Final Trigger Level means 85.00%, being a percentage against which the performance of the Index will be measured in order to determine the Final Redemption Amount.
