Strike Level definition

Strike Level means the Strike Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Strike Level means in respect of an Index, 100.0000% of the Initial Index Level of such Index.
Strike Level means the level specified as such in the relevant Launch Announcement and Supplemental Listing Document, subject to any adjustment in accordance with Product Condition 3;

  • In the event the Closing Level of the Index is less than or equal to the Strike Level and the Cash Settlement Amount (less any Exercise Expenses) is zero or negative, all Warrants shall be deemed to have expired at 12:00 noon (Singapore time) on the Expiry Date (or if the Valuation Date falls after the Expiry Date, the Expiry Date shall be the Business Day following the Valuation Date) and Warrantholders shall not be entitled to receive any payment from the Issuer in respect of the Warrants.

  • If the Closing Level of the Index is greater than the Strike Level and the Cash Settlement Amount (less any Exercise Expenses) is positive, all Warrants shall be deemed to have been automatically exercised at 12:00 noon (Singapore time) on the Expiry Date (or if the Valuation Date falls after the Expiry Date, the Expiry Date shall be the Business Day following the Valuation Date).
