Xxxx Capital Stock definition

Xxxx Capital Stock means all classes or series of capital stock of Xxxx, including the Xxxx Common Stock, and all options, warrants and other rights to acquire such capital stock.
Xxxx Capital Stock has the meaning given to that term in the Master Separation Agreement.

  • Capital Share means a share of any class or series of stock of the General Partner now or hereafter authorized other than a REIT Share.
