Xxxxxx Acquisition definition

Xxxxxx Acquisition means the acquisition of the assets of Xxxxxx Materials, Inc. pursuant to the Xxxxxx Acquisition Agreement.

Xxxxxx Acquisition means the acquisition of the Xxxxxx Acquisition Properties pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Xxxxxx Acquisition Documents.
