Xxxxxx Acquisition Documents definition

Xxxxxx Acquisition Documents means the purchase and sale agreement, title transfer documents and all other agreements or instruments executed and delivered by Plains Marketing Canada, L.P. or any Affiliate in connection therewith to consummate the Xxxxxx Acquisition.

Xxxxxx Acquisition Documents means all of the material executed documentation relating to the Xxxxxx Acquisition.

Xxxxxx Acquisition Documents means, collectively, the Xxxxxx Acquisition Agreement and all other agreements, documents and instruments executed and delivered by the Company and/or Longbridge to the any of the Sellers (as such term is defined in the Xxxxxx Acquisition Agreement) in connection with the Xxxxxx Acquisition.

• Promptly, and in any event within Five Business Days of the New Xxxxxx Acquisition Date, copies of all of the certificate of formation of New Xxxxxx, certified by the Secretary of State of the State of Michigan, and a copy of the Operating Agreement of New Xxxxxx, each in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, and certified as being true, correct and complete by an officer of the Parent; 9.18 Certified Copies of the New Xxxxxx Acquisition Documents.
