Xxxxxx Materials definition

Xxxxxx Materials means the National Administrator’s material and documentation relating to XXXXXX including but not limited to the XXXXXX Rating, computer software and the Process Documents available under Resources>Process Documents on the XXXXXX Members’ website at xxx.xxxxxx.gov.au/members.

Xxxxxx Materials mean any documents or materials related to the AI Services provided or produced by or with Xxxxxx, and any improvements, designs, contributions or derivative works thereto.

• During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all incentive compensation plans, practices, policies, and programs maintained by the Company for its senior executives at a participation level reflecting the Executive’s position and on terms and conditions no less favorable than those available to any other peer executive, including, but not limited to, the Xxxxxx Materials Long Term Incentive Plans as they may be amended from time to time.

• Customer shall be responsible for complying with all applicable governmental regulations of the country where Customer is registered, and any foreign countries with respect to the use of the Service and Xxxxxx Materials or other materials by Customers and its Users.

More Definitions of Xxxxxx Materials

Xxxxxx Materials means any and all materials, supplies and other components (other than the Radius Materials), as listed in the Specifications and provided or procured by Xxxxxx to be used by Xxxxxx Pharma in the performance of Services.

Xxxxxx Materials means the all books, guides, manuals, training materials and other materials together with associated language teaching and study materials written or created by, or on behalf of, Xx. Xxxxxx or CMO or CWL in all revisions, editions, updates and replacements thereof and in all languages whether in written, printed, manuscript, tape, compact disc, digital or electronic form and howsoever delivered, for use when teaching or learning languages using the Xxxxxx Method all of which are protected by international copyright.

Xxxxxx Materials means any Materials owned by Xxxxxx or any other Xxxxxx Company that are used by the Service Provider or any Subcontractor to perform the Services, and includes any Modifications to such Materials;

Xxxxxx Materials means the materials, equipment and other resources utilized by Xxxxxx International for the performance of the Services.

Xxxxxx Materials means the “Xxxxxx Method Student's Books”, the “Xxxxxx Method Teacher's Books”, the “Xxxxxx for Business Student’s Books”, the “Xxxxxx for Business Teacher’s Books”, the “Xxxxxx Method Teacher’s Guide”, the “Teacher’s Handbook”, Xxxxxx eBooks, Demonstration Charts, Wall Charts, Training DVDs, and MP3 downloads and all other books, guides, manuals and materials together with other associated language teaching and study materials written or created by, or on behalf of, Xx. Xxxxxx or CMO or CWL in all revisions, editions, updates and replacements thereof and in all languages whether in written, printed, manuscript, tape, compact disc, digital or electronic form and howsoever delivered, for use when teaching or learning languages using the Xxxxxx Method all of which are protected by international copyright.

Xxxxxx Materials means those certain compressor skids, compressors, vessels, tankage, piping and other equipment listed on Schedule 1.1-5.
