Examples of Trust Common Securities in a sentence

  • The Trust Common Security Certificates evidencing the Trust Common Securities shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2 to the Declaration, with such changes and additions thereto or deletions therefrom as may be required by ordinary usage, custom or practice.

  • The Trust shall issue no securities or other interests in the assets of the Trust other than the Trust Preferred Securities and the Trust Common Securities.
