Xxxxxxx Controls Business definition

Xxxxxxx Controls Business has the meaning set forth in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.
Xxxxxxx Controls Business means all businesses, operations and activities (whether or not such businesses, operations or activities are or have been terminated, divested or discontinued) conducted at any time prior to the Effective Time by either Party or any member of its Group, other than the Adient Business.

  • Established geographic service area means a geographic area, as approved by the Commissioner and based on the carrier's certificate of authority to transact insurance in this state, within which the carrier is authorized to provide coverage;

  • Repeat compliance period means any subsequent compliance period after the initial compliance period.

  • Evaluation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(s).

  • Compliance year means the calendar year beginning with June 1 and ending with May 31 of the following year, for which a Retail Electricity Supplier must demonstrate that it has met the requirements of this Regulation.
